Reformation Bible Church
One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism
About Us
Reformation Bible Church (RBC) is an independent
fellowship located in downtown Mishicot, Wisconsin. RBC
was founded on August 15, 2005, with a unique goal in mind
-- to be a fellowship of believers who do not agree on all
things. Today, evangelical churches seem to ascribe to
either one of two extremes in regards to dealing with other
professing Christians. One such extreme is ecumenicism:
that all, regardless of their actions or heresies, who claim
Jesus as Lord ought to unite as one body. The other is
disassociation: that a local church body ought to agree on
all teachings, even including much-debated issues such as
end-times doctrines. In such bodies, non-conformists are
not welcome. Ecumenicism leads to the compromise of
God's Word or its deconstruction into worldly teaching;
disassociation leads to a spirit of divisiveness, doctrinal
arrogance, and the proverbial "divided house."
RBC seeks to stand united upon a middle ground – holding to a spirit of unity among
differing Christians that hold to the tenets of orthodox doctrines. Orthodox believers --
Baptists and Presbyterians, amillennialists and premillennialists, pedobaptists and
credobaptists -- ought to be able to unite, acknowledging and understanding their
differences but not fearing one another for they realize that they all follow "one Lord," and
hold to the "one Faith," and receive "one Baptism," serving the "one God and Father of all."
