In Philippians 2: 3-4 we are reminded that we are to "... in humility, value others above ourselves, not looking to our own interests, but each of us to the interests of others."
We believe this requires us to be servants, advocates, and mentors.
First to the young (children and youth) because they are the least knowledgeable in the Christian life. During these early years, we have the profound honor of lovingly introducing them to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Second to young adults, students, and parents because as they are continuing to learn and grow in their own relationship with Christ, they are in the greatest position to influence our children and youth.
Third to mature adults because they play an important role mentoring and modeling Christ to the younger generations, laying the groundwork for a growing and vibrant church for years to come.
